Terry co-founded Transformation Acquisitions based on the fundamental belief that profound transformation comes from business combinations and acquisitions. Terry has over 24 years of experience providing consulting, M&A services, and strategy support to C-Suite clients and business owners.
Terry has led large, complex integration programs, process re-engineering, and system implementations. He is a former Managing Director at Accenture providing Finance, HR, and Supply Chain consulting and technology services to clients in government, finance, software, and IT services. Terry has over 20 years experience implementing over 30 software packages, Call Center, Financial, Human Resource, Analytics, and Cyber Technology solutions to enable key merger objectives and business strategic outcomes.
Terry has led large complex technical, business and operational programs with over 250 staff, 60 projects, and oversight of $65M in annual P&L accountability. Terry managed a $300M vertical sales portfolio of Oracle product solutions and services and has sold and managed 4 high value $250M+ contracts.

Matthew Mocorro worked as Chief Revenue Officer for MTI, a leading Inc 5000 company in the field of financial software and education. Matthew led the creation of key business units, including the flagship back-end sales team, that doubled revenue for the company. Over the years, he launched dozens of new product lines and sales strategies along with marketing strategies that put MTI on the Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies for 4 years in a row. Scott Shagory experience includes more than 20 years working in the tech space for Raytheon Technologies and Northrop Grumman, as well as 6 years advising startup tech companies in the areas of strategy, innovation, and product market fit.
Scott's expertise involves three critical areas:
1. Strategy & Product Development: Push the conversation on redefining the competitive positioning around weather with the National Weather Service and, in conjunction with the AWIPS Raytheon team, create new platforms, products, and services to protect the the lives of the American people and their property.
2. Analytics: Make sense of the Service’s ever growing national operational and investigative data sets to uncover meaningful patterns and insights, as well as, further unlock the value of predictive models the Service creates on a 24/7/365 basis.
3. Operational Execution: Manage and distribute accurate weather prediction products to every American household on a time sensitive basis utilizing approximately 200 interpretable forecast models focused on prediction and probability across several IT platforms and two satellite systems.

Robert Soukkala serves as our Chief Human Resource Officer. He has served as a senior executive providing services for multiple Fortune Global 100 financial services firms and as a contract manager for HUD. Robert has over 20 years of experience establishing and managing complex, large-scale operations throughout the United States.
His expertise resides in talent acquisition and site buildouts. Along with spearheading the creation of several fully functional servicing centers, he was also responsible for setting up the support framework for implementing the CARES act, managing support resources for the government shutdown, and shifting to a remote work environment while maintaining high performance and quality.
Robert leads the overall human resources strategy, talent acquisitions, leadership development, employee education, and succession planning in his current role. Considering volume fluctuations and anticipating future needs to create business continuity plans, Robert conducts time studies and analysis to perform accurate capacity plans that fall within budget constraints and ensure that performance and quality are delivered.

Brian “Buzz” Park has spent the last 15 years working with companies in Los Angeles to help them succeed with their marketing goals. Buzz is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a former Navy helicopter pilot. He was a Tactical Instructor and part of the team that built the helicopter Weapons and Tactical Instructor (WTI) program, based on the Navy Top Gun program. He has been awarded a Navy Commendation Medal, 2 Navy Achievement Medals, and the rare Master Training Specialist, among other awards.
After leaving the Navy, Buzz worked for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Rep, winning both the District Sales Rep of the Year and Circle of Excellence Awards. Buzz left Pfizer to spend 18 months as an Associate Pastor and Music Director with a church in San Diego, then moved to Los Angeles to take the Director of Sales position with a technology startup.
In 2004, Buzz became an Account Executive with CBS Radio (KFWB-AM 980) and the Dodgers Radio Network, helping small and mid-sized companies build their businesses through radio and digital marketing strategies. Buzz developed successful campaigns for Los Angeles-area clients including LA’s Metro Transit Authority, Hooters, International Truck & Engine, Rydell Automotive Group, Sunkist brand Almond Munchies, SureGuard Windows, Santa Monica BMW, Volkswagen Pasadena, and many others.
In 2007, Buzz left CBS Radio to start his own marketing agency, Lightyear Marketing Group, in order to better service the needs of his businesses clients. He now specializes in developing marketing strategies for local and global companies.
