Partners of Our Hexagon Fund Receive the Below Services As Included in the Fund

Transformation Acquisitions, LLC performs direct resource investments and acquisitions through its Hexagon Fund. Below Services Schedule items are included and are complimentary for partnering/acquired companies presently inside the Hexagon Fund, receiving funding resources.

For companies seeking inclusion into the Hexagon Fund, in the form of a direct buy-out offer, a funding offer, or who seek to become equity partners with us in the fund, we provide two half-hour complimentary introductory conversations and one complimentary offer presentation conversation (should an offer be warranted) to see if there is a true fit. There is no charge for sessions in our Conversations Schedule. During these conversations, if there is a good fit, we will present to the business a direct buy-out, funding or offer of acceptance into the Hexagon Fund during the third meeting.

For companies outside of the Hexagon Fund seeking our guidance/advisory, such as M&A expertise, deal strategy, financial analysis, due diligence, and high-level strategy, the below services in the Services Schedule are available.

For additional advisory, such as direction setting, strategic M&A planning, clean-up work, outside funding, financial analysis, sell-side or buy-side prep, work on pre-existing acquisitions, unrelenting brain-picking (without the assistance of a neurologist) and more, we provide the below advisory based on the below Services Schedule.

Please know that while deposits are required for sessions beyond the Conversations Schedule, all deposits will be applied toward future interactions, and will be refunded entirely, after meeting requirements for inclusion in, through the funding of the company in the Hexagon Fund.
